The book that hooks.

Posted on April 14, 2020 by chefswifediary

Winning by Jack WelchAt 24, by chance I joined a local national entrepreneurship competition aired on television. There was neither encouragement nor supporters. People I knew thought I was going to make a fool of myself. I went to the bookstore, bought myself this book, and read it over the week just before the competition.

Indeed, Jack Welch was my best mentor. I rose to Top 3 among 14 contestants. Despite not winning, he was the most straight-to-point, logical, and candor mentor I ever had, booktually. This book hooks on to me for over a decade throughout my career, and I still believe in its strength.
