Take a moment.

Posted on March 14, 2020November 18, 2021 by chefswifediary

With all that is going around us today, it is difficult to shy ourselves from the news. It is common to forget the good things in life, and easily caught ourselves in frustration. Unfortunately, people are more susceptible to negative news participation. The bad can only get worse.

Take a moment.

Do the reverse. Take a stroll down the park, or by the lake or river to widen our mind. Appreciate the current beauty of life and mother nature. Like this.

We will realise there is so much more to discover in life than what’s within our mind.
