I am drained.

Posted on September 12, 2018November 18, 2022 by chefswifediary

Hustle, bustle… if they come without passion, what am I aiming for?

Constantly thinking, constantly trying to find the meaning to life. I can’t help but emphasise how important it is to keep focused and reminded on our goals. If they ain’t clear, then clear them. If they are easily forgotten, then maybe the goals need reworking.

If we lose sight of goals, then the hustle and bustle will drain us, just because our minds are just not strong enough to withstand or even liquid enough to flex through pressure in and out, so we ended up stuck in a rat race on a never-ending wheel: constantly running, constantly chasing, constantly back to square one and then repeat. The next thing we know, “I am drained.”

When do we stop? We pause ourselves when we lose sight of goals, because we need to…

Think, Feel, and Do

If we have set our goals, we know what we are aiming for, we know why we do what we do, and even the extra sweat is definitely worth it.
