Soulmate

Years gone,

Still waiting.

Not picky,

Just chemistry.

Four seasons a year on pace,

Yet only a month that cherry blossoms surface.

People find it’s worth the wait,

All to cherish the beauty that lies ahead.

In a sea of billions people,

Seeded one and the only one.

Be it wait, or be it a chase,

For certain hope will not fade.

With perseverance, with faith,

With love, with fate,

It is a blessing that today the wait has waned.

Whether it’s a miracle, or whether it’s fate,

She has finally found her soulmate.
